All items are subject to availability. Drops are limited runs; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected resale or bot activity, with a full refund.
Pricing
Prices are in CAD and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud). You'll be refunded in full if we do.

All content on this site — the ELVTD name, logos, photography, and designs — belongs to ELVTD GEAR and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELVTD GEAR's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
