Canada and the United States.

Processing

Orders ship from our facility in Ontario, Canada within 1–3 business days. During drop weeks, allow up to 5 business days — we pack every order in-house.

Delivery estimates

• Canada: 2–7 business days after shipping
• United States: 5–10 business days after shipping

Rates

Calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as the label prints.

Duties (US orders)

Orders under $800 USD enter the US duty-free under the de minimis rule. Any exceptional customs charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days, email elvtdgear@gmail.com and we'll chase the carrier for you.
