Refund policy

We want you in gear you'll actually wear. If it's not right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached, in its original packaging. Email elvtdgear@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Fastest route: return the original for a refund and place a new order so your size doesn't sell out. Email us and we'll help.

Sale and limited-drop items

Drop items are returnable like everything else within 30 days. Final-sale items (marked at checkout) are not returnable.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service.
